Eligibility Period

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of delivery. The item must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, the following professional archery equipment cannot be returned:

  • Bow Press Accessories (used in equipment tuning)
  • Bow Stringers (due to potential stretching)
  • Nock & D-Loop Pliers (considered personal tools)
  • Custom-made 3D Targets and Inserts

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our returns team at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer exchange or refund

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 24 business hours, we’ll email:

  • Return Authorization Number (RMA)
  • Prepaid return label (for US customers)
  • International return instructions (if applicable)

Step 3: Package & Ship

Securely pack your archery equipment using original packaging. Include all components (sight tapes, Allen wrenches, etc.). Affix the RMA number clearly on the package.

Step 4: Processing

Allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your return. You’ll receive email confirmation when completed.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of return approval:

  • Credit Card/PayPal: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable (except for defective items)
  • Restocking Fee: 15% for opened but unused bow tuning tools

Exchange Process

For exchanges of archery targets or bow technician tools:

  1. Follow standard return procedure
  2. Specify desired replacement item in your email
  3. We’ll ship the new item once the return is received
  4. Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed

Damaged or Defective Equipment

For damaged chronographs, bow presses, or alignment tools:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of damaged items and packaging
  • We’ll arrange expedited replacement
