Shipping Information

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your archery equipment ships.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Recommended for: Bow presses, chronographs, and other essential tuning equipment
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Recommended for: Targets, bow stringers, and non-urgent accessories

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. International customers may be subject to customs fees.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our precision archery equipment with a 15-day return policy from the delivery date. All items must be in original, unused condition with complete packaging and accessories.

Non-Returnable Archery Equipment

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, these professional tools cannot be returned:

  • Bow Press Accessories (used in equipment tuning)
  • Bow Stringers (due to potential stretching)
  • Nock & D-Loop Pliers (considered personal tools)
  • Custom-made 3D Targets and Inserts

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return

    Email our returns team at [email protected] with:

    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return
    • Whether you prefer exchange or refund
  2. Receive Authorization

    Within 24 business hours, we’ll email:

    • Return Authorization Number (RMA)
    • Prepaid return label (for US customers)
    • International return instructions (if applicable)
  3. Package & Ship

    Securely pack your archery equipment using original packaging. Include all components (sight tapes, Allen wrenches, etc.). Affix the RMA number clearly on the package.

  4. Processing

    Allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your return. You’ll receive email confirmation when completed.

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3 business days of return approval
  • Credit Card/PayPal: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable (except for defective items)
  • Restocking Fee: 15% for opened but unused bow tuning tools

Exchange Process

For exchanges of archery targets or bow technician tools:

  • Follow standard return procedure
  • Specify desired replacement item in your email
  • We’ll ship the new item once the return is received
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed

Damaged or Defective Equipment

For damaged chronographs, bow presses, or alignment tools:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of damaged items and packaging
  • We’ll arrange expedited replacement

International Returns

For archers outside the U.S.:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • Use trackable services (DHL, FedEx recommended)
